| Abstract: | A pandemia de COVID-19 impulsionou o uso de serviços online, incluindo a venda de ingressos, devido ao fechamento das bilheterias físicas. Essa transição para o ambiente digital trouxe vantagens significativas para consumidores e organizadores de eventos, consolidando o crescimento das plataformas de comercialização de ingressos online, mesmo após o fim da pandemia. Contudo, a existência desses sistemas apenas aumentou um problema que já existia no mercado de venda de ingressos: a falta de um processo confiável para a revenda de ingressos. Tal problema gera fraudes diversas, pois o usuário até consegue realizar a troca de titularidade; entretanto, se expõe a inúmeros riscos no pagamento. Este trabalho propõe uma solução para mitigar o problema e, para tal, implementamos e testamos um sistema confiável e fracamente acoplado às aplicações de venda de ingressos, que permite a revenda de ingressos, superando em parte as limitações impostas até o momento. Até o término desse trabalho, não foram encontrados sistemas que permitem usuários recomprarem ou revenderem ingressos, viabilizando a troca segura de titularidade de ingressos de forma compatível com diferentes plataformas de venda e pagamento online. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | The COVID-19 pandemic boosted the use of online services, including ticket sales, due to the closure of physical box offices. This transition to the digital environment brought significant advantages for both consumers and event organizers, consolidating the growth of online ticketing platforms even after the end of the pandemic. However, the existence of these systems only increased a problem that had already been present in the ticketing market: the lack of a reliable process for ticket resale. Such an issue leads to various types of fraud, since users are able to change ticket ownership but are still exposed to numerous risks during payment. This work proposes a solution to mitigate this problem. To achieve this, we designed and tested a reliable and loosely coupled system that integrates with ticketing platforms and enables ticket resale, partially overcoming the limitations imposed so far. By the conclusion of this work, no systems were found that allow users to safely repurchase or resell tickets, making it possible to securely transfer ticket ownership in a way that is compatible with different online sales and payment platforms. |
