| Abstract: | Este escrito pretende investigar qual é a moralidade do financiamento das artes, recortando em duas espécies de possibilidades: o financiamento público e o financiamento privado. Para isso, irá se apresentar um breve panorama histórico, buscando mostrar como eram financiados os artistas no passado, seguindo então por mostrar o que está em causa quando se diz de um financiamento público e quando se diz sobre um financiamento privado, apresentando, finalmente, um balanço geral sobre qual dos tipos de financiamento é eticamente melhor no que compete às artes. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | This paper intends to investigate the morality of the financing of the arts, focusing on two distinct possibilities: public financing and private financing. Thus, a brief historical overview will be presented, seeking to show how artists have been financed in the past, then proceeding to show what is at stake when it is related to public funding and when it is related private funding. Finally, this paper presents an overall assessment of which type of financing is ethically the best option when it comes to the arts. |
